  • About Cheerfully Given

    Hi, I’m Jessica—and I’m so glad you’re here!

Cheerfully Given is a space I created to share my heart for service and (I hope!) a way to remind each other that giving doesn’t have to be grand to be life-changing. I’m someone who believes deeply in pitching in, showing up, and doing what you can with what you have. Whether that’s organizing care packages, volunteering time, or simply offering encouragement - I believe it all matters. This blog isn’t about having it all together. It’s about living generously, imperfectly, and with joy. I hope you’ll find ideas here that help you give a little more of yourself, discover your own way to serve, and be reminded that the world truly needs what you can give.

When I’m not chasing my toddler around or doing the legislator’s wife thing, you’ll probably find me organizing my latest project - something (anything!) that helps make life better for someone else. I’m passionate about animals, traveling, adventures, art, laughing, and quality time with my family. (And I love documentaries. Got any recommendations?) Around here, I hope to share stories and ideas that encourage you to give what you can, where you are.
